Terms and Conditions

• Rates are incl. 7% VAT and Breakfast.

• Extra person less than 4 years old without extra bed : free for Breakfast.

• Extra person upper than 4 years old : Auto charge for Extra Bed.

• Peak and High Season : Extra bed charge 1,000 BHT incl. Beakfast.

• Low Season : Extra bed charge 700 BHT incl. Breakfast

• All Season : Bunk bed charge 1,500 BHT and Free of charge for a baby cot

• Transfer between Phuket airport to Ayara Villas with : 1,900 BHT per way ( 2 persons)

• Compulsory New year’s Eve Dinner (31 Dec) Adult/2,500 THB ,Child 4-12 Yrs/1,250 B, under 4 Yrs Free of charge.

Cancellation:

• NO-SHOW or early check out, the deposit amount will not be refunded.

• Cancellation Less than 30 days before trip commencement , No refund will be made .

• Activities Cancellation before 30 days trip commencement ,Refund will be made deduct 20% Banking and handling fee.
